I tend to see time frames in seasons,
because my guides are quite ancient and deal with seasons and moon phases, and not in months and weeks for some reason!
So thats how I am given my info..
A celtic cross spread is perhaps
the best to use when trying to solve a question about time being of the essence of a query, as the precise layout runs on
a time line, i.e. past, present, future outcome.
Here are the corresponding
time frames I’ve used according to the major arcana and the minor arcana in any tarot deck:
(“By The” refers to an event occurring by the next
moon phase indicated;)
Major Arcana
Magician: by the New Moon
High Priestess: by the Crescent
Moon
Empress: by the Full Moon
Emperor: by the Quarter Moon
Hierophant: By Winter Solsitice
Lovers: By Spring Equinox
Chariot: By Summer Solstice
Strength/Justice:
By the Autmnal Equinox
Hermit: in a few days
Wheel of Fortune: within a year
Minor Arcana
|
Pentacles/Discs |
Winter |
|
Cups/Chalices |
Spring |
|
Swords |
Summer |
|
Wands/Batons |
Autumn |
This is very basic, and for me, a little too simplistic to keep to for every reading
or person.
A full reading will involve many random factors, people and situations wich may potentially
change in future according to the free will and actions of the querent from that moment on.I don’t really like dealing
with time frames much as time is fluid, just as our actions are. What you can give is a sense of what order things will occur
and perhaps an idea of "soon-ness" i.e. months or years – with me seasons tend to be this or next year’s,
no farther ahead unless I am given additional info from my guides.
