I now provide an informal afternoon workshop here in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
This is an ideal opportunity
to equip yourself with the basic techniques I've outlined on my psychic development pages, but with me guiding you through
every step of the way in person, on hand to answer any of your questions or explain more about your own experiences so
far during your psychic awakening.
During the session you may wish to learn how to do the following:
Ground and Protect yourself through visualisation and energy work
Learn how to utilise the energy of your chakras
Meditate
Open your psychic mind to communication
Close down your psychic mind safely
Meet your spirit guide
through meditation
These sessions can also be conducted by telephone, and are completely flexible - you can
dictate what you wish to learn more about in your development, we aren't constrained to whats listed above.

you are doing is paying for my time. I allocate between 1.5 and 2 hours for the session.
