These are photos taken by my fiance and me on a road trip through Cumbria and Scotland in 2004.
When I got home and viewed them, I realised that this peaceful and majestic scenery could be a great
meditation tool. I felt so at one with the world on that trip, so I hoped some of that was captured in the moment too.
I infused each of the pictures with Reiki and have received some lovely feedback on how useful they’ve
been, so enjoy! :0)
To meditate with a picture, just relax, let your muscles go slack from the top of your head working
down to the toes, and imagine yourself being pulled into the picture as you breathe deeply.
Don't hold the breath, just breathe at a natural rhythm, just more deeply than usual, use all your
lung capacity.
See where your thoughts take you..after a few minutes (you decide how long), come back to the
present surroundings and feel relaxed and recharged!
