Have You Been Here Before?

Who were you?

Are we really able to tap into our memories of another life we lived long ago? Or is it simply our imaginations running riot and we are making the whole thing up, either consciously or unconsciously?

I am personally completely convinced of the reality of past lives.

I can see the past lives of other people, and regress many clients to describe their own past lives in detail with pastlife regression. 

Past life readings and regression can produce names, dates etc. that have been verified later on by many clients who choose to research them. So for me, the evidence for having lived potentially many lifetimes is proven.

Sometimes we have an inkling of who we once “were” …but in reality it is something from a film or a book we once read. The subconscious mind stores the information and releases it into 'reality' at some point.

However, almost without exception we have all been here before and lived at least one lifetime prior to this.

I never used to believe this could be. Even in my developing years as a medium I still thought it wasn’t possible and even used to mock the concept! As usual my guides took it upon themselves to show me the error of my ways and prove me wrong !  :0)

I have been shown time and time again in my work over the years that we have all experienced past lives, whether here on the physical plane or just back Home in spirit... and that we alone as individuals have the choice whether to come back for another learning curve – or indeed to ever make our first visit here. 

By finding out who we were our past lives can offer much insight into who we are today and why we act as we do now.

We can often find the root cause of our behavioural patterns, irrational fears or phobias, our strengths and our weaknesses.

We can change negative behaviour patterns when we know they are caused by a cell memory our soul held onto from a past life.

A past life reading or regression can open doors to knowledge about ourselves we didn't even realise existed. 

The people who are in our lives today may be people we have a deep connection with from back Home in the spirit world. We all come back with an agreement to meet up with others we have in our "soul group".

This is a group of souls who have a common spiritual bond and who choose to come into physical lifetimes together at some point, destined to connect with us somehow each time, no matter how briefly.

For example, a partner in this life could well have  been your brother or parent or son in another lifetime.

Same goes for passing acquaintances this time around, they could have been a lot closer to us in a past life but you agreed to learn a different lesson from each other this time around.
